Step 1 — Upload ZIP (done if you see this page)

Entry: server.js · Build: npm install · Start: npm start

Step 2 — Import environment file

1. Open hostinger-import.env from the ZIP
2. Set DB_PASSWORD = Neon password (Show password in Neon)
3. hPanel → Node.js → Environment Variables → Import .env
4. Upload the file → Save

Step 3 — Redeploy

After saving env vars, click Redeploy in hPanel.

Step 4 — Login to admin

Database must be healthy first.

Default: ADMIN_EMAIL + ADMIN_PASSWORD from your env file
